5L Enhanced Type Dual Planetary Mixer with Hydraulic Discharging Machine
The enhanced helical agitator is capable of processing high-viscosity battery slurries and other high-viscosity materials.
The newly developed mixing method adopts:
· The helical agitator rotates clockwise around the planetary axis (revolution);
· The agitator rotates counterclockwise around its own axis (rotation).
This ensures no dead zones during mixing and eliminates the “material climbing” phenomenon.
The Pt100 temperature sensor directly contacts the material, providing more accurate temperature measurement, faster response, and an error range within ±2°C.

The YLJ series hydraulic discharging machine is an extrusion and filling equipment designed to work together with planetary mixers, power mixers, and high-speed dispersers for filling materials with certain flowability.
If a vacuum-sealed cover is installed on the pressing plate, the machine is especially suitable for the extrusion and filling of high-viscosity materials without air bubbles.
The equipment features a simple structure and convenient operation.
