Product Principles
The mixing paddle rotates in a fixed direction driven by a power unit; During the rotation process, the material is driven to rotate axially and radially. The materials in the mixer have both axial and circumferential movements, resulting in several forms of mixing, such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing. A scraper is installed on the mixing slurry to scrape against the barrel wall. When the scraper rotates with the mixer, it scrapes off the materials on the barrel wall, making the barrel wall free of trapped materials and improving the mixing effect.
