265L/200L Heavy-Duty Planetary Mixer with Vacuum & Heating Optional
Considering the characteristics of specific slurries with high solid content and high viscosity, an enhanced power mixer has been developed based on the original planetary mixer design. The upgraded model features higher rotational speed, larger torque, and an improved sealing structure.
During the design process, factors such as agitator speed, mixing power, dispersion peripheral speed, suspension level, liquid flow pattern, and turbulence intensity distribution inside the vessel were fully considered.
The enhanced spiral frame agitator can process high-viscosity battery slurries. The newly designed mixing method features clockwise planetary rotation of the spiral frame while the agitator rotates counterclockwise on its own axis, ensuring no dead zones and preventing material climbing.
The Pt100 temperature sensor directly contacts the material, providing more accurate measurement, faster response, and temperature accuracy within ±2°C.
